Tell us what is going wrong.
A brief, a half-formed idea, or a system that has stopped keeping up. We will tell you what we think before we tell you what it costs — including when we think the answer is not to build anything yet.
The brief is ten questions and takes about five minutes. It drops the ones that do not apply to you, and you get a written copy of your own brief at the end — yours to take anywhere, whether or not you work with us.
If you would rather just write
A paragraph is a perfectly good start. Tell us what is going wrong now rather than what you think should be built — that is the more useful half, and it is the half most briefs leave out.
We reply to everything, usually within one working day, with what we think you are actually buying. If it is not a fit we will say so and point you somewhere better rather than taking the work and hoping.
