Discovery Sprint
Find out what you are actually building, and what it will cost, before you commit to building it. Two weeks, a fixed price, and something useful at the end whether you hire us for the build or not.
R12,500
Go ahead with the build and the full R12,500 comes off it.
What you walk away with
- A written scope. The problem in plain language, who it is for, what success looks like, and an honest note on anything in the brief we would challenge.
- A sitemap or feature list, in priority order, with a clear line between what has to be in the first release and what can wait.
- A clickable prototype of the screens that matter most, with real content, so you can put it in front of the people who will use it.
- A fixed quote for the build, split into phases you can stop between, each one ending with something finished.
How the two weeks run
Week 1
Understand
A kick-off call to go through what exists, who it is for and what a good outcome looks like. Then we read everything you send and look at what you already have. By the end of the week you have the written scope, including anything we think the brief has wrong.
Week 2
Shape
The sitemap or feature list, the prototype, and the quote. We finish with a walkthrough call so you can question all of it, and every file is handed over the same day.
Who it is for
Anyone about to spend real money on a product, a platform or a site without being sure of the scope yet. A founder with an idea and no spec. A business whose spreadsheet is doing a system’s job. A team holding three quotes for the same brief that do not agree with each other.
What it is not
A free proposal in disguise. It is paid work with a finished result, which is exactly why we can be straight with you during it. If the sprint shows the project is smaller than you thought — or not worth building yet — we will say so, and the scope will say so too.
The short terms
- Fixed price. R12,500 for the sprint. No hourly billing and no extras.
- Credited in full. If you go ahead with the build, the R12,500 comes off the build quote.
- Yours outright. The scope, the prototype and every file behind them belong to you, whether or not you hire us for the build.
Start with a conversation
A short call to hear what you are trying to ship and whether a sprint is the right first step. If it is not, we will tell you what is.
